By creating an account on Archilo or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Archilo.

Archilo is a portfolio, research, and community platform for architecture students and professionals, operated from India and available worldwide.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your profile information up to date. You must be at least 13 years old to use Archilo.

Some accounts may require review or verification before publishing public content. We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of the designs, research, theses, 3D art, images, text, and other material you upload ("Your Content").

By posting on Archilo, you grant Archilo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute Your Content solely for operating and promoting the platform.

You confirm that Your Content does not infringe the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

Images and documents you upload must be your own work or used with the rights required for publication on Archilo.

Where a licence is attached to content on Archilo, the licence URL published with that content describes how the work may be used. Unless stated otherwise, content on Archilo may not be reused outside the platform without the creator's permission.

Editorial images used on Archilo's marketing pages remain subject to their original licences (for example, Unsplash or Pexels licence terms). The licence URL published alongside each image describes the applicable terms.

If you wish to license a work you see on Archilo, contact the creator through the platform or reach out to us at archilo@enally.in.

Archilo offers a credit system for accessing premium content and supporting creators. Credits purchased on Archilo are non-refundable except where required by law.

Creator revenue sharing, payouts, and withdrawal terms are described in the creator revenue section of the platform and may be updated from time to time.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that misrepresents authorship.

You may not scrape, crawl at scale, or automate access to Archilo outside of public search-engine and AI-assistant crawling permitted by our robots.txt.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, systems, or data on the platform.

You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, infringe intellectual property, or create risk for other users. Where appropriate, we will provide notice.

Archilo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of user-generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archilo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the platform or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
